Everything in one place

The boring parts of Amazon Ads, handled.

Write a rule once, preview what it would do, and let it work every day. Everything stays visible and reversible.

Core

Automation rules

Short, readable scripts that pause wasteful keywords, trim bids and scale winners on a schedule. Season windows, per-rule schedules and bid limits are built in.

automation.rule MerchDash rule
FOR EACH keyword IN LAST 30 DAYS:
  IF keyword.clicks >= 10 AND keyword.acos > 45%:
    keyword.setBid(MAX($0.15, keyword.bid * 0.85))
    keyword.note("ACOS {acos:percent}, bid trimmed 15%")
END

Preview first, apply second

Run a dry-run to see exactly what a rule would change. In Review mode nothing touches Amazon until you press Apply. Auto-apply is opt-in, per rule.

  • Dry-run preview before any rule goes live
  • Bid limits per marketplace, enforced for you
  • Approve a run, untick single changes, or discard it

An AI copilot that writes your rules.

Describe what you want in plain English. The copilot writes the rule, fills in the editor and tells you what it did. You preview the result before anything runs.

  • No scripting needed, just say what you want
  • The finished rule appears in the editor, ready to preview
  • Ask about MerchDash or Amazon Ads strategy too
The MerchDash AI copilot: a plain-English request to pause keywords with many clicks and no orders, and the copilot's reply confirming the editor was updated.

Every change logged. Any run revertible.

History groups changes by run, with the rule that caused them. Open a run to inspect each change, or revert the whole thing.

The Change History view listing rule runs with status badges and a Revert run button.

Create campaigns, not just manage them.

Launch new Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, ad groups and keywords from a rule, or ask your AI assistant to set one up. Everything waits for your approval before it goes live on Amazon.

Try asking

“Which keywords spent over $20 last month without a sale?”
“Compare my ACOS by campaign with the month before.”
“Set up a new exact-match campaign for my top five search terms.” waits for your review
“Add ‘free’ as a negative keyword to my Harvest campaign.” waits for your review

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will MerchDash change my ads without asking?

Not unless you tell it to. Rules start in Review mode: a run lists every change it wants to make and you press Apply. Auto-apply is a switch you turn on per rule. Every change lands in History with the rule that made it.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. History groups changes by run. Open a run to inspect each change, or revert the whole run in one click.

How does MerchDash connect to my Amazon account?

You connect your Amazon Advertising account through Amazon’s official authorization flow. MerchDash uses the Amazon Ads API to read your reports and apply the changes you approve.

How does the AI assistant connection work?

Copy your MerchDash link (app.merchdash.net/mcp), add it to Claude, Cursor or another assistant that supports MCP, and sign in. Your assistant can then read your campaigns, keywords and search terms and propose changes. What it proposes goes into the same review queue as your own rules. It is included with the free trial, Growth and Scale.

Do I need to code to write a rule?

No. Describe what you want in plain English and the AI copilot writes the rule for you, or start from a rule in the community library. If you like scripts, rules are short, readable and run a dry-run preview first.

Can I create campaigns with MerchDash?

Yes. Rules and your AI assistant can build Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, ad groups and keywords, for example by moving winning search terms into a new exact-match campaign. A rule has to be allowed to create campaigns, and what it builds waits in your review queue unless you set that rule to auto-apply.

Which Amazon ad types are supported?

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, across the marketplaces your Amazon Ads account covers. Some features differ by ad type; the docs list exactly what is supported where.

What does it cost?

MerchDash is free during the open beta and needs no credit card to start. Paid plans are priced by your monthly ad spend, and prices will not be higher than the ones on the pricing page.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Your synced history and rules remain in your account.
