Community library

The community library (Automation → Library) is a public collection of automation scripts published by MerchDash users. Browse by popularity, read the script and its description, and import any of them into your own rules. The import dialog lets you set the interval, review mode and season window before the rule is created — with the author's published settings shown as recommendations — and Activate right away is ticked by default. Untick it to have the rule arrive switched off so you can preview it first.

MerchDash’s own scripts

Some of what you see is published by MerchDash rather than by another advertiser — the recipes we keep tuned, marked as official. To see only what the community wrote, tick Exclude official MerchDash Rules in the library toolbar; search and the Top / Newest sort keep working over what is left. The tick isn’t offered while you are looking at one author’s shelf, where the question doesn’t arise.

Everything one author published

The pen name under a script's title is a link. Click it and the library shows only that author's scripts, with their name at the top and a ← Community library button to go back. Search and the Top / Newest sort keep working inside that view, so you can dig through the whole shelf of someone whose first script worked for you.

Publishing

Publish any of your rules with one click. A published script carries a pen name rather than your account email — MerchDash generates one, and you can change it whenever you like under Profile → Account → Community library name, which renames you on every script you have already shared, plus a description (the copilot can draft one from the script). You can publish up to 10 scripts per day.

Importing into more than one profile

An import creates a rule in the profile you are viewing, so each profile is imported into separately: switch profiles with the topbar switcher and the same script offers Import again. Each copy is its own rule with its own interval, mode and run history — a script imported into three profiles is three rules you schedule and pause independently. The library counts you as one importer however many profiles you use it in.

Removing an import

A script the current profile already has shows Remove rule in place of Import. That deletes the rule the import created in that profile (its past runs and change history are kept) and frees the script up, so you can import it again later with different settings. Copies in your other profiles are left alone.

Voting

Upvotes float genuinely useful strategies to the top. Importing a script automatically upvotes it — you can take that vote back at any time with the ▲ button. If a library script saved you hours, leave the vote in place: ranking is the community's quality filter.
