Plans & billing
Three plans sized by managed ad spend — currently free during the open beta.
MerchDash has three plans, sized by how much monthly ad spend they manage and how many Amazon Ads accounts they cover. During the open beta everything is free and no credit card is required.
| Plan | Accounts & marketplaces | Included managed ad spend | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter ($9.99/mo) | 1 account · 2 marketplaces | $1,000 / month | 1.2% on spend above |
| Growth ($79/mo) | 2 accounts · 6 marketplaces | $15,000 / month | 0.5% on spend above |
| Scale ($149/mo) | 5 accounts · unlimited marketplaces | $50,000 / month | 0.25% on spend above |
Plans also differ in automation capacity — for example Growth includes 80 active automation rules and 100 runs per week, Scale 150 rules and 500 runs per week. The pricing page has the full feature matrix and FAQ.
How much history each plan keeps
Two different windows, and they are not the same number.
| What is kept | Starter | Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Metric history — the daily performance MerchDash synced from Amazon | 180 days | 2 years | Lifetime |
| Automation history — runs, the changes they made, and one-click rollback | 14 days | 45 days | 90 days |
Amazon’s own reporting API generally reaches back only 60–95 days, so from 180 days on your archive holds performance Amazon will no longer re-serve. A configurable safety grace period can extend the stored window, and trimming may be paused during a staged rollout or maintenance. A plan change also pauses trimming for the configured grace period. Once an old report day is removed it may not be recoverable.
LAST 30 DAYS, LAST 60 DAYS and the rest — fit comfortably on every tier, Starter included. Longer lookbacks such as LIFETIME read everything your plan still holds.
